About the Book:
|
How to Get Out of Your Financial Maze makes
it plain to its readers the three ways to tackle poverty in their lives
viz: work for somebody, be
self-employed or join network marketing.
The author recommends that readers should combine the three
methods. The Author also links network
marketing with individual vocations as a means to record financial
breakthrough. He used farming as a
case study and postulates that it can be applied to any other field of human
endeavours. This book encourages
readers to join genuine network marketing organisations of their choice. It is one of the surest ways to make
passive incomes that can end up becoming the main reliable source of income. It is a practical book as the author
brought in his practical experience in network marketing and farming to
buttress his assertion that network marketing is good for all professionals. He particularly recommends Happy World Meal Gate, Green Nation and
Helping Hands. Many people are
afraid that network marketing will surely die out at a particular point. The author opines that if people work as a
Team rather than as individuals, network marketing will not die out. On how to do this, please go through the
book.

This book is dedicated to the Almighty

Financial Maze.
Introduction
“Life is a set of
challenges, problems and hassles. We sometimes imagine that if we could just
deal with the immediate challenge that we are facing, all our problems would be
over. But life is not like that. If we resolve one problem, others are just
around the corner. The temptation is to see these challenges as preventing us
from carrying out the ministry God has given us. In actual fact, dealing with
the problems is the ministry.” - Nicky Gumbel
We are all surrounded by many challenges in life. One of such challenges is how to prosper financially. Broadly speaking, this writer’s view is that, after God,
the next thing to possess by man is money because it “gives everything” (Eccl.
10:19 NLT). A life without God is
an empty life that lacks direction and cannot fulfil the purpose of being
created; Prov. 1:7, “Fear of the Lord is
the beginning of knowledge. Only fools despise wisdom and discipline.”. The best starting point for this book
therefore, is to admonish that its readers should endeavour to know God first
before seeking after financial success.
It is God that gives man the power to make wealth, (Deut. 8:18). He is also the one who “makes a person rich and He adds no sorrow with it”. (Prov. 10:22)
Anyone who is poor is an empty vessel.
My personal encounter with poverty revealed to me that poverty is a very bitter
pill to swallow by anybody. Poverty
makes life miserable. Poverty is one of the tools used by Satan to “steal, to kill
and to destroy” a person. (John 10:10a)
Therefore we must never be
comfortable living a life without God and money.
However,
majority of people are in a maze as far as knowing God and making money are
concerned. Ordinarily, the knowledge of
God ought to translate to prosperity in our lives but, alas, it is not always
so. You may know God, fear Him and yet
remain poor because you are in a maze.
Your maze can simply be that you do not know how to make money, I mean,
to get it in abundance. Until and unless
you know how to make money, you will not have it.
There are many ways to tackle poverty. They can be categorised
into three broad headings: working for other people, running one’s own
businesses (self-employment) and network marketing.
The simplest and best way to truly be rich is to combine the
three approaches so as to properly address poverty alleviation. In other words, you can be employed, be a
part-time business person and then add network marketing to it. For instance, I am a farmer
and a Lawyer by profession. I am also a
Pastor. I worked as salary earner for 43years. I am a pensioner. But I discovered that the salaries I earned
did not make me rich. Perhaps, if I had
combined my paid employment with network marketing, I believe my story would
have been different from what it is now.
Farming
is a very expensive venture. A poor man
(which a salary earner is) cannot be rich through farming because it requires a
huge financial base to do commercial farming that will profit him. At best he will engage in subsistent instead
of mechanised farming. I am changing my
strategy towards making money because I have discovered that there is the need
to combine different approaches in order to make good money. I am therefore combining Networking and Farming as a case study in this experiment. I believe strongly that this approach will
help me to solve the problem of inability to migrate from a subsistent farmer
to a commercial farmer so that I can create a lasting wealth through
farming. This is how it works. Network marketing will generate good and free
money for me so I can apply such money to boost my farm without resorting to
borrowing money. (You will understand
this better when you read in a subsequent chapter, my experience with borrowing
money to farm).
The beauty of Network
marketing is that the money generated from it is a free revenue which can be
used to fund other to other passions of its earner. For instance, from the money generated
from network marketing, one can purchase tools related to the network
marketers’ trades e.g. bricklayers, carpenters, hairdressers, transporters,
etc. Proceeds from Network Marketing can
be used to boost a Legal Practitioner’s legal practice or to build real estate
etc. Network marketing proceeds can improve the
financial lives of a minister of God. It can just be anything. What is important
is that through Network Marketing, you can raise enough funds to cater for your
other passions in life and therefore record your permanent financial
freedom. Network marketing therefore is
a veritable avenue to get out of your financial dilemma or financial maze. Just
add network marketing to your own trade and you will get out of financial
problems. If this book has blessed you
please give me a feed back.
Financial Prosperity
Through
Network Marketing and
Farming
Chapter 1
My Practical Fund-Raising
Experiments
as a Farmer
As stated in the introductory part of this
book, I am a Farmer and a Lawyer by profession.
And I am very proud to belong to these two noble but very expensive
professions.
To become a
Lawyer, I spent so much money, time and energy.
I prayed hard and worked very hard at my studies and finally God crowned
my efforts with good success. I completed my professional legal studies.
My adventure in
farming is an eye-opener too. I
discovered that it is a profession that thrives on insight, that is, knowledge
and huge financial capital outlay, particularly when we talk of commercial
farming. Who is a commercial farmer? A
commercial farmer is a farmer who is able to cultivate at least 5 hectares (or 75
plots) of land in an given planting season.
To cultivate one
hectare of cassava farm on a TRACTORABLE land will cost approximately N420,000 (See table 1
below for breakdown) If you want do
multi-cropping i.e. add maize to it – you will need a minimum of
N490,000. All things being equal, the
expected net profit from investing such money is approximately between 20-30
per cent. – see table 1 below.
On an untractorable
land, it will cost approximately N569000 (See table 2 below) with a profit
expectation of approximately 16 -21 per cent. (I make bold to say that all the estimates
arrived at by our various financial organisations, Farmers Training Schools,
Farmers groups, CBN Anchor programmes etc have been so doctored so that farmers
can access their desired loans at all costs (which shouldn’t be the case
anyway). The figures cannot deliver
their expectations and that’s one of the main reasons they are unable to repay the
meagre loans they collect from financial houses.
So I quickly
discovered that if I were to go commercial in this regard, I would need
420000x5= N2.1m on a TRACTORABLE land with a maximum profit margin expectation
of approximately 30% while on an UNTRACTORABLE but already used land, I would
need 456500x5=N2.3m with an expected maximum profit margin of
approximately 21% Neither of these two figures could I afford
as at the time I ventured into farming as a business.
But I am not the
type that gives up easily on whatever I intend to do no matter the situation. I
have made up my mind to succeed as a commercial farmer.
I therefore
finally decided to start as a subsistent farmer, the type that our forefathers
practised and started growing that little by little. However I differ from our forefathers because
I ensured I got thoroughly tutored in every aspect of farming I engaged
in. I do not joke with seminars,
workshops, radio/tv programmes on agriculture so that I can do it better than
our forefathers did it.
To tackle
financial problems, since going commercial was my ultimate set goal, I
therefore started looking for avenues to raise adequate funds. First I joined all the farmers Associations I
came in contact with starting with All Farmers Association of Nigeria and later
Nigerian Cassava Growers Association.
Then I enrolled with the various Federal Government Farmers Agricultural
initiatives i.e. All Farmers Association, NACO, ETHICS AND VALUES, GES, and so
on and so forth. I became closely
associated with ADP and other bodies.
‘Agbe l’oba’s 10 minutes daily lecture was my University. Except for Nigerian Cassava Growers
Association of Nigeria that granted my wife and I a loan facility of N180,000
each, all the other ones were dashed our hopes after wasting so much of our
scarce financial resources, energy and time on them all!
In order for
people of like minds to come together to raise funds so this project could take
up, I decided to change my fund-raising strategy. I formed a Cooperative Society. People agreed to be members but to my
surprise, majority 95 of the so-called members were either having no money to
contribute or unwilling to part way with their money for us to work together as
a Cooperative Society that we should be.
We were about
thirty people in number but only three contributed financially. Altogether we were able to garner
approximately N900,000 (which was contributed by 3 members i.e. myself and two
others in diaspora). With this meagre amount, I continued to enlarge the existing farms I
was managing then. I reached an agreement with the contributors
of the money that I would pay them dividends at the end of the year while there
monies remained a loan to me. So I took responsibility for whatever
happened to their money by making a promise to pay back later. I tried other MICROFINANCE l institutions
like LAPO. I became the leader of a
Farmers Agric Group at LAPO. LAPO was
faithful in their disbursements but to be candid, what we call Agric loan in
LAPO is no more than a regular bank loan.
In the first place, the amount is too small to do profitable farming.
Secondly, the interest rate is not agriculture friendly. The repayment terms are not at all in the
best interest of the farmer. How can a farmer begin to re-pay his agricultural
loans only after two months. All the
same, it was the only starting point I could identify.
Though the CBN is
trying to put in place assistance to farmers, the programmes are not as viable
as they seem on paper because of various challenges being experienced by
farmers and the anchors themselves. As
mentioned earlier, the estimates given in arriving at loanable figures per
hectare is doctored, many of the so-called Anchors are themselves unviable
because they cannot fulfil promises, corruption looms amongst the officials
processing the facilities, etc.
I now noted that
it is better to generate adequate but free money that will not require my
paying it back so that I can easily and consistently improve my farming
business without stress.
This eventually
led me to seek out network marketing schemes, particularly targeted towards
farming or whose rewards can adequately fund my farming and other businesses. During the course of my search, I was able to
find Helping Hands International, Happy World Meals Gate and Green Nation.
And they have
been faithful in fulfilling their promised expectations to participants.
Of course, network marketing, like any other
business adventures, has its own challenges. I decided to centre my focus
around what makes well-conceived network marketing not to work. I used that research to mirror the network
marketing organisations I identified above.
I discovered that sourcing for people as well as sourcing for steady
funding makes it difficult for people to benefit from such good schemes. I
decided to fashion a way out of the predicament. I will elaborate more on this as you read
further.
As you will see from
the above write-up, this writer is not out to theorise and leave his readers in
the dark just as many inspirational and motivational books have done thereby
making their authors’ postulations seeming to be unreal. Whatever I teach you in this programme, IF
YOU ARE WILLING, AND OBEDIENT, we are going to practise them together. I am deeply involved in them and, IF YOU WILL
YIELD, I shall disciple you so that together, we will land safely in the world
UNLIMITED financial prosperity WHICH IS GOD’S WILL FOR YOUR LIFE.
|
I
am not going to theorise and leave you in the dark just as many
inspirational and motivational books have done thereby making their authors’ postulations seeming to be unreal. Whatever I teach you in this programme,
if you are willing, we are going to practise them together because I am
deeply involved in them and, if you will yield, I need to disciple you so
that together, we will land safely in the world financial prosperity. It is a give and take sort of a scheme.
|
I also did say somewhere in
this book that it does not matter what you do: a labourer, an artisan, a
Farmer, a Pilot, an Architect, a Lawyer, an Engineer, unemployed, a salary earner
or a self-employed person. Everybody
fits into the scheme. Indeed you will need to change your work orientation from
whatever it is now (salary earner, self-employed, etc) to what is trending now
(network marketing). If you don’t embrace network marketing, it simply means
you are still living in the past and the failures experienced by those who
continue to live in the past may stare you in the face for refusing to change
with time.
In
our own case, we are going to adopt the “Farming and Network Marketing” as a
Case study. You can adapt it to your own
passion. What is important is for us all to achieve our common destiny -
God-ordained unlimited financial prosperity.

Chapter 2
The
Connection Between
Networking
Marketing and
Farming
Project
There
are many money-making initiatives out there everywhere. Network marketing is one of them and it is
the in-thing now for those who care to make sufficient money. When I talk about network marketing please
note that I am not referring to the likes of MMM, Get Help Worldwide, etc.
I am
referring to genuine and tested network marketing bodies like Helping Hands,
Green Nation, Happy World Food Gate and
others, which are legally recognised and truly support their participants.
Green
World or Green Nation targeted mainly at promoting commercial farming so that
farming can become a reputable profession for those practising it. Helping Hands and Happy World Meals Gate
are charitable organisations helping to better the lots of their participants
too.
Beware
of Scepticism!
It is
however noteworthy that because of what has happened to MMM etc, in the past,
many people are now very sceptical about joining any network marketing
programme. The opinion is that they will
eventually die out. As a result of this
fear, it is only those who can dare to take the risk that join network
marketing as a way to make money.
Let
me start by saying that life itself is a game, a matter of time and chance,
being at the right place at the right time as King Solomon rightly summarised it in Eccl. 911 thus,
“ I have observed something else in this
world of ours. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the
strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise are often poor, and
the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t
always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being at the
right place at the right time”. Honestly speaking, any legal means of making
money is worth exploring. Anyone who is not participating
in network marketing of a sort will linger for so long to make real money but
might not get there after all. So, I
don’t want you to be sceptical about network marketing. Dare Network marketing!
What
is the connection between network marketing and farming? This is precisely
where we are going. Network marketing is
all about people connecting with one another to achieve a common goal. Network marketing is about people of like minds coming together to help
one another to gain financial freedom.
Network marketing is about socialising in a profitable manner. The greatest advantage of network marketing
is that it gives handsome rewards to participants. Such proceeds can, in our own case, be safely applied to expanding our commercial
farmers farming business from the unprofitable subsistent farming to the
profitable commercial farming business so that we can enjoy maximum possible
returns.
In
our own case, this is how our network marketing works. We have a Green Nation sub-Team (comprising
of all those who subscribed to Green Nation programme). Every member of the Team is a farmer or
would-be farmer or a farming produce merchants or engaged in animal husbandry
as their main pet-projects.
The greatest disadvantage
that network programmes have is the difficulty getting downlines and the
downlines getting downlines and so on. So, along the line, a participant whose
downlines are not active gets stuck and never realises the promised rewards by
the programmes. This is an incontrovertible
fact. This is why many network marketing
programmes have failed because people believe that they will crash one day so
they are sceptical about joining them. Many participants have lost huge sums of
money due to the fact that ‘their legs broke’ somewhere along the line and this
has eventually led to the discontinuation of many well-intentioned workable
network marketing programmes.
As stated earlier, this writer has personally carried out a
thorough research into this aspect of this disadvantage of network marketing
and he has finally come up with a permanent solution to it.
The solution is that is that
it is better for participants to work as a team rather than make individually. When several brooms come together, it is
difficult to break them but when a single stick of broom is alone, it is very
easy to destroy it. Working as a team
therefore means that participants legs will never again be broken or be capable
of being broken anymore.
In our own case, before joining Green Nation and Happy
World Food Gate, we decided to operate under the umbrella of a Co-operative
Society that would manage the affairs of our network marketing programmes for
our members. Secondly we decided that
each member must commit to contribute
specific amounts every month that will consistently be applied to promote the
network market business so that members will always steadily move up. This team jointly sources for downlines for
their members. Every member of the Team would work hard privately to source for
downlines but all downline prospects would be managed centrally for the benefit
of all. Let me take use two examples:
1.
HAPPY WORLD
MEAL GATE.
HWFG
(see flyer above) is a network group whose main focus
to supply abundant foodstuffs as well as minimal cash awards to her members. See flyer above for their full compensation plans.
In
July alone, 16 members of our Team (names attached) qualified for the welcome
pack from Happy World.
How
To Join
At
Happy World, you join with N6,500 and bring 6 downlines. As you pay your fee you get a token Welcome
Pack. When you produce 6 downlines, you
get N10800 worth of food supply. When
your 6 downlines further produce their own downlines, you receive N78,000 worth
of foodstuffs. Etc. At a stage you
travel on holiday outside the country (all expenses paid), get car awards, get
special financial returns as part of their rewards. With them you can eventually become a food
merchant – another source of income for you and your family.
2.GREEN NATION
Historical Background
The first good news about Green Nation is that it originates from
Nigeria! Mr. Steve O. Toluwase, a
highly experienced Networking guru in Networking and Agricultural sectors is
the founder. It is a registered Limited liability company in Nigeria. The second good news is that it is a scheme
that will fund other plans you may have!
For fuller details on how it works
stage-by-stage, level-by-level, please
see Table 3 below. I, the author of this
write-up am a Member already benefitting from the programme. Let me do a quick summary of how it works
her.
Green Nation is a
Network Marketing targeted mostly at improving the lots of farmers. Therefore it is advisable that members are
farmers. Every member will register with once-in-a-life-time N14,500 or N50,000 or
N64,000, depending on one’s capacity and the level of entry desired. Each
participant is expected to bring 3 downlines who will pay the like sum he paid
e.g. He pays N14500. His three downlines
pay N14,500 each = 43,500 out of which N8,000 per month SO LONG HIS DOWNLINES
ARE ACTIVE and
all the downlines have received their own benefits.
.
By
the time his 3 downlines have brought their 3 downlines each, making 9 and the 9
gets their own 3 downlines each, he gets N153,000 per month SO LONG AS HIS DOWNLINES ARE
ACTIVE and all the downlines have received their own benefits.
By
the time the 9 downlines brought their own 3 downlines each brought their own 3
ea. Making 27 downlines and the 27 get
their own down-lines, the
upline gets N1.1m monthly SO LONG AS HIS
DOWNLINES ARE ACTIVE and all the downlines have received their own benefits.
By
the time the 27 downlines brought their own 3 ea. Making 81 downlines and the 81 get their own down-lines, he now gets N16m monthly so
long as his downlines are active and all the downlines have received their own
benefits.
This
looks bogus? But it is real and the
source verifiable because it is from the monies contributed by the
participants, not money from the moon whose source cannot be ascertained.
Aren’t
these rewards too Bogus to be real? If
anything, the figures are even small compared to the amount of money a
commercial farmer needs to run successfully.
As we noted earlier, COMMERCIAL
FARMING IS A VERY EXPENSIVE BUSINESS indeed and that it required a huge capital
outlay to run successfully. As at the
time of writing, a brand new tractor costs about N13m naira. With N16m income, a farmer will conveniently
own his own brand new tractor and then be able to do several hectares of
farmland easily and become a tractor service provide for others for money and
at the same time he makes his money from his own farm! This is the vision of GN
and it is the reason commercial farming is made compulsory for GN members It will surprise you also that you are not
receiving the N16m only once. You will
receive it monthly SO LONG AS YOUR DOWNLINES ARE ACTIVE AND CONSISTENTLY
EXPANDING. This will allow you to
continue to enlarge your farm without stress.
Isn't the ladder
too tall? How can I source for 240
downlines for me to get N16m with which to farm?
One problem we have
is that we are always in haste to get results.
As far as money making is concerned,
there are no shortcuts. Only those who are willing to work hard and persevere
till the end will make real cool money.
Our get-rich-quick approach to making money has led many to join fake
network marketing groups. Some went as far as kidnapping, stealing,
manipulation of records an so on. The end of all these is failure and in
some cases calamities.
To recruit 240
downlines from Nigeria's 170m population is not at all impossible if only we
will not stop talking to people. A journey of a thousand miles must of
necessity start with a single step. Therefore start now and stop not until your
240 downlines are complete for you to enjoy the limitless benefits of network
marketing.
Other
benefits as can be seen from flier include training in modern agricultural
practices locally and abroad as well as linkage to the industries locally and
abroad that will purchase his farm produce!
This
is the direct link between Green Nation’s network
marketing and Farming. Green nation is
specifically targeted at farmers. As
expensive as farming is, therefore, Green Nation
Programme provides adequate financial cover for the farmer to cope with his
farming business WITHOUT BORROWING money from anybody anymore. This is the programme I see as being the
most viable network farming for farmers’ financial breakthrough. This is what
farmers need and I am happy to come in contact with such an opportunity.
Recent InnovationsBy Green Nation
Green Nation also
recently introduced what it called "mid-stream" scheme for its
members who want to move faster on the ladder. Details of this is available on
request. In addition Green Nation is
helping interested farmers to source for farm implements that will make their
work easier. It is also trying to
establish an on-line farm market where it's farmers can easily sell their farm
produce.
Did I hear you say, “Have you joined?” My answer is, “Yes please” “Are they
delivering on promise?” “Yes, they are”.

Chapter 3
How Not To Break
Network Legs
“Alone we can do so little;
together we can do so much”- Helen Keller
We
have touched some aspects of this topic in the previous chapter but for the
sake of clarity, I wish to give further elaborate more because this is the
heart of the whole story and the main essence of writing this piece. It is to offer
permanent solution to the two most fundamental problems that often make Network
marketing unattainable.
The
first problem is the inability of downlines to continue to produce more
downlines. The second problem is the
financial weakness of potential members to join
- they want to join but cannot even
pay the required minimum registration fees required. We have provided a
lasting solution to these two naughty
problems inhibiting network marketers progress.
For
instance, in the past, this writer has
joined some network marketing programmes that failed because his down-lines
were unable to get their own down-lines to enable him to progress. In other words the greatest
disadvantage in joining Network Marketing is the possible failure to get
downlines who will be ready to pay their registration fees to enable you, their
up-line, to grow.
I have personally ruminated over this problem
for a reasonably long time with a view to proffering a lasting solution to it
so that network marketing will not look like a fake project.
After
my long meditation, I have come to the conclusion that to work
in as a team in network marketing is far better than to work individually. If we all work as a team, members of our
teams will benefit in two ways: it will be easy to pool financial resources
together to sustain the upward movement of every member and it will be far easier to source for down
lines for the for every member of the team is his brother’s keeper.
In every team, it is expected that there will
be the extrovert and the introvert members.
The extroverts are the outgoing people who find it easy to disciple
people. But the introverts are the
withdrawn people who are always to themselves, not gifted in networking
withtpeople in order to recruit them to the
Team. It must be noted however that
introverts are not totally useless as far as discipling others is concerned, it
is just that they are slow or are not as aggressive as the extroverts are. Therefore both the extroverts and the
introverts have good minds but their ability to get other people to come their
way is what differ from one another. Let
me demonstrate in practical terms how this has worked for us working as a Team.
A
number of us who have like minds
gathered together to join Green World and Happy Nation Meal Gate Network
Marketing for two purposes: to raise adequate funds that will change our status from subsistent
farmers to successful mechanised, commercial farmers within a reasonable space
of time which is what GN is out to do.
The
second reason is to ensure that we have steady food and meaningful cash
supplies to adequately cater for us and members of our families and for
beneficiaries to pursue their chosen
businesses.
We
opined that if we joined Happy World individually, many, if not all of us would
not make any headway because somewhere along the line a single inactive member
could break the chain of our
progress. So we decided to operate as a
Team that will work together for the benefit of all.
First,
we looked at the funding aspect. To join
GN, every potential member needs to raise N14,500 minimum. To join HWFG, he or she needs to raise N6500.
We discovered that there were many prospects out there that genuinely
loved to join our Team but had very little means and are willing to part with
the little to be able to join us so that they too can benefit from the two programs or either of them. Surely their participation will in no small
way positively affect our progress. We
want to carry such potential members along too. We also noted that this
category of people might even be in the larger majority of our membership
because they have the capacity of recruiting unlimited members who are in their
own category.
We
therefore decided that to join Happy World alone, every member of our Team
shall contribute a minimum of N1,500 every month which will be applied as
follows:
1.
One off registration fee N200
2.
Membership
Card N150
3.
Purchase
of a copy of this booklet N250.00
4.
Identity
Card N450.00 Total N1050.
After
fulfilling all these, the N200 monthly out of the N1,500 monthly payments will
be regarded as monthly minimum savings by members while the remaining N300
covers logistics and cost of day to day running of the Society.
The
remaining N1000 (or the other categories of subscriptions) will be pooled
together to enrol as many new members as it can carry every month in Happy
World Meals Gate.
For
those who want to move very fast, and can afford to contribute higher than
N1,500, there are Fast-Track
1-5 categories as follows:
a. Fast-Track 1 6500 per month
b. Fast-Track 2 11500
per month
c. Fast Track 3 16500
per month
d. Fast Track 4 N21,500
per month
e.
Fast Track 5 N51,500 per month
People
under N1,500 will have down-lines under the N1000 investment category. Those under N6,500 will have downlines
under N1,000 and N5000 investment categories. Those under N11,500 will have downlines under
N1,500 and N10,000 investment categories
Those
under 16,500 will receive downlines under N1,500 and N15,000 investment categories. Those under N21,500 will receive downlines
under N1,500 and N20,000 investment categories respectively while those under
N51,500 will receive downlines under N1,500 and N50,000 investment categories.
The main
benefit of these categorisation is that everybody moves at a pace he or she
prefers but everybody is an automatic member of the N1,500 category. For purposes of more clarity, let us
illustrate as follows
1.
Assuming
that 50 people contributed N1,000 each under the N1,000 pool category, this
amount will be used to enrol 8 new downlines under that category. These 8 downlines will benefit only those who
contributed the money. Likewise if 50 members contribute N50,000 each, After deducting
the N1,500 monthly minimum general contribution, the remaining amount will be
used to enrol new members exclusively for those under the N5,000 per month
category. The same is applicable to all
other categories.
Those
under higher categories will enjoy benefits under Standard as well as their
special investment pool categories. They
will of course climb the ladder faster than those who are under the N1,500
categories. everybody is a member of the N1,500 category
and enjoys upward movement from that group too.
Those
wishing to join us Green Nation from the onset shall pay another N2000 monthly
apart from their N14,500 registration fee. The total sum of the N2000 monthly
contribution of all the people in Green Nation will be used to enrol new
intakes directly under them.
When
a member for instance completes a level in Happy World or Green Nation and
begins to earn some cash rewards, 15 per cent of such earnings is contributed
to the cooperative towards enrolling more new members so that existing members
can make a more rapid progress and 5 per cent towards administration of the
Society. These will ensure that our Cooperative continues to run seamlessly. It
will also allow it to expand as well.
The
standard N1500 or N3500 (for those who joined Green Nation) monthly payments
continue to be made by every member for as long as he remains a member.
It is
to be specially noted however that members must pay their monthly dues as and
when due before they can enjoy the benefit of being assigned down-lines. It should also be noted that defaulters will
be penalised for failing to honour their obligations when they fall due. Penalties may range from lack of down-lines
to suspension of membership.
To make funding for network marketing stress free and enable
every member to enjoy rapid progress so that members can as well avoid
unnecessary penalties, we our Cooperative decided to seek for loan facility avenues
that will make it possible for our willing members to remain financially
steadfast by paying their financial obligations once annually, make instant
rapid progress through their down-lines and sit back to receive their rewards. Information about this is available at our
Secretariat.
Because
Green Nation is all about a large-scale
farming, We agreed that all our members
who subscribed to Green Nation Programme
shall be people who are interested in farming by joining our Cluster Farming
Business to boost their farming
businesses from time to time through such facilities so that they can also
receive greater benefits from their own farms.
However
we always recommend that potential members start with Happy World and later proceed
to join Green Nation when they begin to receive substantial rewards from the
former with which they can conveniently fund the latter.
With
this formular in place, we discovered that our chain of progress will be
unbreakable. Every member will
benefit. And we will all succeed in our
endeavours.

These testimonies are pointers to the fact
that to succeed in network marketing, Team Work is the key. Without team work, the individual networker
will certainly become static somewhere along the
line. But those who team up cannot.
